Should you try extreme fitness at home?
The answer is yes/no. If you want fast results for your workout and a way that will consisently push you beyond your limits, then yes. If you want to do what may be a little challenging and will lead to weight loss, then no.
It is important to know the difference. Many a person have begun a challenging workout at home, only to push “play” for 3 days and then put the extreme fitness dvd on the shelf.
If anyone is going to begin an extreme fitness program, then they should plan to finish it. There is no reason to begin a program and become so frustrated at the difficulty of the program, that it is decided NOT to complete any program, because the “extreme” program that they tried was “too hard”. It is this type of erroneous thinking some conclude that working out is “too hard”.
Many extreme fitness programs have a “pre-test” before you begin their program. Please DO NOT, we repeat, DO NOT IGNORE the test. These tests are important, it will enable you to see if you have the ability to complete the program and not fail miserably; no one wants to do this. Even when choosing a fitness instructor worth their salt, you will
be asked to perform some kind of “test” of your body for analysis. The same is true for any good at-home extreme fitness program. The tool of the pre-test is there so please use it. When doing the pre-test of the extreme fitness systems, ensure that if your body cannot accomplish, doing jumping jacks for 60 seconds for example, then perhaps you should push yourself doing an older program for a week or two, then come back to the pre-test. Keep doing that until you can perform the pre-test completely. This type of investment in your physical fitness will make a better you and not a frustrated you.
Lastly, we at extremefitnesssite.com encourage you to “do” a fitness program. There is nothing like that feeling of accomplishing a task that few people ever will physically. There is nothing like your friend seeing you
perform that chin-up and staring in amazement. As stated before, extreme fitness can be tried at home for the “lion” at heart. The “lion” who wants to push their body to the limit. The “lion” who wants to sweat until they
feel like they cannot sweat anymore. The “lion” who want to go extreme!
