We have personally experienced the Beachbody products and for the person who does not have the time or the money for the gym, but they can “workout” at home, these weight loss products are for you. This program also aims to build more muscles because as their motto goes the more muscle you have the more fat your burn because Muscle Burns Fat®!
This next one is as the word says “INSANITY”; by Shaun T. Oh my goodness is all that can be said about this program. This program provides the MAXIMUM in interval training which means that you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercise (which means that your heart rate will be at least 80% of its capacity) with short periods of rest. If you want to begin your workout and have nothing but your adrenalin pumping the WHOLE time then try this system. You should be able to transform your body in 60 days with this program.
